My name is Nancy Lucero. I’m a writer and designer working in online and traditional mediums developing a variety of printed and online materials using several graphic software applications and tools applying extensive knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies. My particular interest is writing, developing, and managing content for Internet and Intranet sites.

In today's work environment, employees are expected to be multi-disciplinary thinkers and problem solvers. My background is representative of this strategy. As my resume indicates, my education and work experiences combine business, creative, and technology disciplines.

By way of background, I worked several years as a writer and developer of online Help Systems using Adobe RoboHelp and MadCap Flare authoring tools. In recent years, I've transitioned into writing web and blog content and some design work.
